It’s no coincidence that our restaurant in Porto Cervo is located on Via Aga Khan — a street named in honor of the visionary founder of Porto Cervo, His Highness Aga Khan IV, who passed away this year. It was his dream, born in the 1960s, that transformed this coastal corner of Sardinia into a symbol of elegance, exclusivity, and harmony with nature. We dedicate this new season to him, with deep gratitude for creating such an extraordinary place.
